Pave Health Ventures Research
Investment Thesis
Pave Health Ventures is an early-stage fund that says it ideates and invests in solutions tackling the health struggles affecting communities. Its tagline is "We invest in health. We invest early." The core thesis is that health has moved out of the doctor's office and into daily life: people no longer wait to get sick, they track, optimize and advocate for themselves long before a diagnosis. The firm therefore invests in the "modern healthcare consumer," a person who behaves like a consumer rather than a patient, and organizes its work around what that person buys, uses and where they go. The site frames the opportunity with market figures: $5.5T of annual U.S. healthcare spend, a $6.8T global wellness market, and a view that health becomes a $20T market by 2030.
Focus Areas
Three stated buckets organize the portfolio:
- Consumer Goods: what you buy to feel and perform at your best. Supplements, peptides, longevity, sleep and skin.
- Digital Tools: what you use to understand and navigate your health. Platforms and AI-guided care for people who no longer have a primary doctor.
- Health Spaces: places you show up in person, such as concierge clinics, recovery studios, longevity centers and member clubs.
The actual portfolio is broader than the consumer framing suggests. It includes value-based care enablement (Kairon Health), breast imaging (BeSound) and microbiome testing (Tiny Health), alongside consumer products.
Stage Focus
The firm describes itself as early stage and says it partners with founders from ideation. Public deal records show it mostly participating in seed rounds (BeSound, Kairon Health, Ohm), plus a follow-on style participation in Tiny Health's $33M Series B in September 2026. Third-party aggregators list a check range of roughly $1M-$50M, which looks unreliable for a young fund; the firm does not publish fund size or check size.
Lead Tendency
Every recorded deal lists Pave as a co-investor or participant, not the lead. Kairon Health was led by Flare Capital Partners, Tiny Health by B Capital. Lead tendency is best read as follows: follows or co-invests, with limited evidence either way.
Recent Activity
- September 2026: participated in Tiny Health's $33M Series B led by B Capital.
- September 2026: participated in Kairon Health's $5M seed led by Flare Capital Partners, with Tau Ventures, Lightbank and General Advance.
- September 2025: participated in BeSound's $6.8M seed (breast imaging for dense tissue and younger women).
- July 2025: seed participation in Ohm Health, per Caplight.
The firm is actively deploying. Fund size and vintage are not disclosed; Caplight and other aggregators list it as founded in 2024, and the GP's LinkedIn shows Pave starting in February 2024.
Portfolio Highlights
The site lists eleven companies: BeSound, Tiny Health, Kinspire, Ohm, Kairon Health, Movido, Outro Health, Monarch, Norms, Aldea and Subquadratic. No exits are reported.

Decision Process
A two-person partnership (GP plus Operating Partner) with an advisory network. The firm does not publish a process or timeline.
Founder Preferences
Founders bold enough to challenge the norm, building for the proactive health consumer, who can use the firm's reach across health systems, concierge and retail health, consumer products, digital health platforms and payors. The firm leans on that network for distribution and credibility rather than only capital.
Geographic Focus
Based in Delray Beach, Florida, with a North America focus. The portfolio is not constrained to Florida.
