David Kaye
David started building games in high school. He began as a game designer and co-founder at Iron Realms Entertainment, one of the world's first free to play game publishers. He has spent the past two decades building game companies as a founder, advisor and investor, with 3 successful exits. Most recently, he co-founded Snapshot Games with legendary designer Julian Gollop, and grew the studio to 75+ people and a successful acquisition by Embracer Group.
Joakim Achrén
An experienced entrepreneur and early member of Supercell, Joakim co-founded mobile studio Next Games, which went public in 2017 before being acquired by Netflix in 2022. Joakim also runs Elite Game Developers, helping first-time game company founders with a newsletter and podcast that reaches more than 10,000 subscribers. As an angel investor, Joakim has funded more than 30 games companies. Previously, he worked as an investor with Play Ventures, a leading early-stage VC fund for the games industry.
