Scope AR, a Presence Capital portfolio company providing enterprise AR solutions, was acquired by Flatirons Solutions (backed by TELEO Capital) on June 16, 2026. The combined company creates an AI-powered end-to-end content-to-execution platform for aerospace, aviation, MRO, advanced manufacturing, and defense sectors. Scope AR was already in Presence Capital's stored portfolio as an existing investment.
