Angainor

Angainor is the governed operating layer for private capital. Today, private funds reconstruct their own truth: every capital call, transfer, distribution, and report forces GPs, administrators, counsel, auditors, and LPs to reconcile separate records after the fact. There is no single system of record, only copies that have to be re-verified, again and again. Reconciliation has become a permanent tax on the industry. We take a different approach. Angainor encodes a fund's governing documents and investor-specific obligations into a permissioned ledger as executable logic, then processes every downstream event against those rules at the moment of execution. Instead of each party maintaining and reconciling their own books, everyone operates from the same verified state in real time with audit trails and compliance produced as outputs. We use distributed ledger technology only where it eliminates reconciliation, keeping regulated cash movement and custody exactly where they already live. We're starting with private real estate, where operational pain is most acute, and building toward the operating substrate for all private capital: PE, credit, infrastructure, and beyond.
