BytArc is an independent, founder-led AI studio in Lisbon, Portugal. We find the repetitive work in growing companies (sales and outreach, customer feedback, documents, operations and reporting) and automate it with AI agents, workflow automation and custom AI tools. We also work with founders and executive teams on strategy, go-to-market and AI adoption, and we build our own AI products, including JobPilot AI, TopResume.ai and VendasIA. BytArc is led by Tomas Batalha, a former Google business analyst and Amazon business development lead, and runs its own operations on 11 AI agents. We work in English and Portuguese, in Lisbon and remotely. Supported by AWS Activate. Formerly Burnay Labs. bytarc.com
