Piyush is the solo founder currently serving all 25 clients himself, doing the work to understand every friction point before automating it. He previously built and scaled a B2B ecommerce platform to ~€1M GMV in Mozambique and worked in VC, so he has both operational grit and investor pattern recognition. Freelancers are a growing segment globally, and existing accounting tools/services haven't redesigned the core experience around communication.
