The platform connects systems that don't normally talk -- control systems, historians, ERP, quality, batch records, CMMS, documentation -- into one picture of how a line actually runs. It builds a profile of a good run from the plant's own history, then watches live output against it and flags equipment and process deviations before they turn into scrap or downtime. When something breaks, operators and technicians see the likely cause alongside what has fixed it before on that asset. The technician captures the new fix at the machine in whatever form is fastest -- voice, video, a photo, a note -- and it's filed to that asset and symptom, marked with whether it actually worked. That last part is what makes it improve. The system isn't collecting what people said; it's collecting what held. So the answer gets more confident each time the problem returns, and the expertise that usually sits with two or three long-tenured people is on every shift instead -- including after they retire.
