Co-founded Fireside Innovation to research, validate and launch new digital products across education, consumer information and location-based services. * Took products from initial concept through prototype to live launch, including payments integration, pricing experiments and production operations on Azure. * Built and iterated prototypes at high speed using .NET, Angular, React and AI-assisted development, reducing idea-to-working-product cycles from months to days. * Worked hands-on with agentic AI development, including multi-agent coding workflows, autonomous background agents and AI-driven data enrichment pipelines, both as productivity tooling and as product features. * Conducted user interviews and market research to identify problems, assess demand and test product assumptions before committing to build. * Worked with public and commercial datasets to assess availability, licensing and feasibility, and built data models and processing pipelines to turn raw sources into product-ready data. * Researched competitors, pricing models, customer segments and routes to market, and turned this research into business plans, product roadmaps, financial assumptions, grant applications and pitch decks for funding and innovation programmes. * Handled company formation and day-to-day operations, including finances, budgeting, banking, accounting and administration.
