Provision is building the billing and payments infrastructure for Food is Medicine. Health plans now cover food as healthcare; we help the organizations delivering it get paid. Built by the team that ran Medicaid billing for 1,000+ nonprofits. Currently working with founding partners. We are public benefit corporation (Provision Technologies PBC). This means our company was formed with a legal difference. Our charter names a public benefit purpose, advancing the health and economic well-being of underserved communities. Our board is required to weigh this purpose alongside shareholder returns in its decisions. We chose the structure because the mission is why we are here. And we believe our customers deserve that commitment.
