Kindness Ventures is a small software studio. Three or four clients at a time, not twenty. Most studios spread thin across dozens of projects. We don't, and that single choice changes everything about how the work gets done. The people you talk to in the first conversation are the same people writing the code, no hand-offs, no account managers translating in between, no version of you that gets passed to a less experienced team after the contract is signed. We build products from scratch and dig into what teams already have. No job is too large to take on or too small to take seriously. The most impactful work rarely announces itself. It shows up in the place a team has been quietly working around for months, or in a product that's been waiting for the right people to build it properly. We use LLMs the same way a good craftsperson uses power tools: at the right moment, for the right task. Ignore them entirely and you leave real productivity on the table. Vibe-code everything and you end up with software that looks done but breaks under pressure, leaks where it shouldn't, and costs twice as much to fix as it did to build. The skill is knowing the difference. The name isn't a marketing choice. We build software for the person who opens it every morning and needs it to work.
