Lastro gives a coach's clients an AI companion built on that coach's own method and material, under the coach's brand. Between sessions, clients have somewhere to keep working; coaches know how their clients are doing without reading their conversations. Three things hold everywhere: the companion says plainly that it is software and never speaks as the coach; everything a coach puts in is theirs to export in full at any time; and when a client writes something that indicates danger, the companion stops coaching, points to help, and tells the coach. Human coaching becomes more valuable as AI spreads. Lastro exists to extend a coach's presence, not to imitate or replace it.
