No strong earned secret yet — exploring the thesis that most productivity tools are task-focused and miss the context problem of jumping between tools. Built and shipped an internal tool that solved a real ops problem at a marketing agency. Self-taught, saw the problem from the user side. Currently solo, no cofounders. The proliferation of AI tools makes the context-loss problem worse, not better. The gap is getting bigger as more point-solution tools appear.
