Luxe is building the behavioral intelligence layer for luxury retail. The platform captures in-store client conversations and surfaces the patterns behind top-performing associates - helping boutiques improve conversion, coaching, and client follow-up. The idea for Luxe emerged from firsthand experience on the sales floor at Tiffany & Co., where performance often depended on subtle conversational dynamics that were rarely measured or shared. Luxe is currently working with early boutique partners to better understand how conversation patterns influence sales outcomes and long-term client relationships. Our goal is to give luxury retail teams the same level of performance insight that modern sales organizations rely on - without disrupting the high-touch client experience that defines the industry.
