M31 Networks is building neutral, multi-tenant ground station infrastructure at 3.4deg north latitude in Colombia. The space economy's constraint is no longer launch. It is the ground. Constellations have multiplied faster than the antennas, spectrum, and backhaul available to serve them - and ground infrastructure scales on construction timelines, not software timelines. M31 operates as a neutral host. We do not compete with our customers. We are hardware-vendor-agnostic and operator-neutral, and we sell capacity on shared infrastructure rather than selling a network that we also happen to use ourselves. Our first site is adjacent to a Tier IV data center within a Free Trade Zone - carrier-neutral fiber, redundant power, and customs-efficient equipment import in a single envelope. The equatorial latitude delivers high-elevation passes, shorter slant range, and superior link margin for low-inclination and equatorial orbits, in a region where ground capacity has been structurally under-built relative to polar latitudes.
