MbeleMed is building configurable population cardiac-risk infrastructure for organizations responsible for health outcomes and healthcare costs. We use AI-informed risk stratification to identify people most likely to benefit from cardiac screening, then coordinate access to appropriate wearable monitoring, qualified physician review, structured follow-up, and accountable evidence of action. MbeleMed is designed as configurable infrastructure rather than a single fixed screening program. Partners can adapt the pathway around the needs of a specific population, including eligibility criteria, risk stratification, monitoring strategy, clinical escalation, follow-up, reporting, and operating model. Our initial population architectures include high-risk senior and Medicare populations, high-risk maternal populations, and defined procedural or post-acute cohorts. Each pathway is built around the clinical risks and decision points that matter for that population while operating on a common governed infrastructure. Our device-agnostic model is designed to work across appropriate cardiac monitoring technologies and existing clinical pathways rather than replace them. MbeleMed helps healthcare organizations extend the reach of existing clinical capabilities to populations that traditional care pathways often reach late. MbeleMed is also developing performance-aligned commercial models, including pay-on-detection structures in which fees can be tied to physician-confirmed actionable detections while device costs, professional interpretation, downstream care, and partner economics remain transparent and separate. The objective is straightforward: identify serious cardiac risk earlier and create a reliable path from detection to clinical decision and prevention. Detect. Prevent. Thrive.
