NaciluzAI is a Miami-based LLC developing an AI governance platform for high-stakes decisions that are explainable, auditable, and remain under human control. As AI moves into consequential settings, the hard part isn't capability. It's accountability. When an algorithm influences who receives a benefit, a permit, or a loan, a wrong or unexplainable answer isn't simply a technical problem. It can affect a person's rights, opportunities, and livelihood. NaciluzAI helps institutions use AI in these decisions without giving up control. People remain accountable, and every recommendation can be explained, documented, and independently verified. The platform is designed for both the public sector and regulated private sector. We're building first in Guatemala, starting with public services. With 340 municipalities and 25 languages, Guatemala is a demanding place to test the idea. If high-stakes decisions can be managed efficiently, in people's own languages, while remaining transparent and accountable, the model can scale far beyond one country.
