Neuromod Devices Limited, an Irish medical device company, specializes in the treatment of chronic tinnitus with its non-invasive bi-modal neuromodulation device, Lenire. The company has developed Lenire, the first FDA-approved bimodal neuromodulation tinnitus treatment device, which uses simultaneous auditory and sensory stimulation to promote positive changes in neuroplasticity in parts of the brain implicated in tinnitus.
