Owlue is an AI-native proptech company building infrastructure for property tax intelligence. We started with a simple insight: property tax is one of the largest recurring expense for most American homeowners. Over a third of residential properties are over-assessed and the appeal process is manual and inaccessible to most people. We built a platform that automates the entire appeal lifecycle — from assessment anomaly detection to filing to resolution — across multiple US states and scaling. Property tax appeals are where we started. They're not where we stop. The data layer we're building has applications across the broader property intelligence ecosystem — and we're just getting started. Our team is small, technical, and moves fast.
