Pure Signal is a boutique advisory and technology firm working where music IP, data and finance meet. Music rights now trade as institutional assets, but the analysis beneath them does not always match that sophistication. We help rights businesses and the capital behind them understand what an asset is worth, what drives that value and where the risks sit. Our advisory work covers buy-side and lender-side due diligence, independent valuation, royalty-data analysis, financial modelling, deal structuring and portfolio strategy. Technology development is part of the business in its own right. We have built a music-industry learning platform and have two further products in production. We use software and AI to turn specialist knowledge, complex data and repeatable analytical work into useful products. The product work strengthens our advisory practice; the advisory work keeps the technology grounded in real data, commercial decisions and actual industry needs. We work with labels and publishers, rights investors and their lenders, private equity and family offices, and the lawyers and advisers supporting them. Pure Signal provides senior, fractional support from the outside or works alongside internal teams. The output is practical: defensible numbers, clear recommendations and models that stand up to scrutiny. We work discreetly, with no press, case studies or leaks.
