Taudia develops SPLASH, a proximity-based protein quantification platform for ultrasensitive measurement of blood-based biomarkers. It combines antibody immunoassay specificity with nucleic acid amplification and uses standard qPCR/dPCR systems to quantify neurological biomarkers, including Alzheimer’s-related tau proteins, at high sensitivity and throughput.
