Hano is a tech-enabled interior design practice that helps you create a home that feels like you
Hano is a tech-enabled interior design practice that helps you create a home that feels like you. We're developing an app that turns your inspiration, budget, and existing furniture into an actionable furnishing plan. Our approach combines a designer's judgment with AI to help you decide what to keep, change, or add, and understand why the choices work together. That includes explaining when a piece doesn't fit and helping you discover suitable furniture from familiar stores and places you might not know to look. Co-founder, Principal & Creative Officer, Charlie Barstein is an interior designer whose work has appeared in Architectural Digest. Previously at Commune Design, an AD100 firm, he designs homes for clients across the country with different tastes and practical needs. His judgment informs Hano's approach, with each customer's taste guiding the choices. Co-founder and CEO Andrew Janatka leads the business and builds the software. He has a decade of experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, a background in strategy and private equity consulting, and five years focused on using AI to make software experiences more personal and easier to use. We're preparing our first paid pilot. Follow Hano as we develop the service.
