F-LOG Ventures Research
Investment Thesis
F-LOG is an early-stage venture fund that backs founders transforming supply chains, logistics and energy systems. Its stated view is that three shifts are hitting the supply chain at once: AI moving from pilots into everyday operational decisions such as routing, scheduling and resource allocation; robotics moving beyond classical automation into physical AI that can perceive and adapt; and energy becoming a strategic question as fleets electrify and facilities generate more of their own power. The team calls this the most significant innovation cycle the supply chain has seen in decades. The fund describes itself as made up of specialists, not generalists, and builds a written thesis for each field before it evaluates companies.
Focus Fields
- Applied AI in Supply Chain: domain-specific systems trained on operational data, software that owns a real workflow and the decision inside it, and grows more defensible with each customer. Founders should have genuine operational depth.
- Robotics & Automation: systems that handle, move and manage goods, with clear ROI, immediate practical deployment and a moat in software, data, integration or proprietary hardware.
- Energy: battery systems, fleet energy management and energy optimization for logistics infrastructure, including fleet electrification and warehouse energy management.
Stage Focus
Since the 2026 consolidation the fund invests from Pre-Seed through Series A. Before that, XPRESS Ventures covered pre-seed and seed, the original F-LOG vehicle covered seed and Series A, and FIEGE Group Ventures covered growth. The new fund does not list a separate growth mandate.
Check Size
The website does not publish check sizes or fund size, and no AUM figure was found in primary sources. Those fields are left empty rather than guessed.
Lead Tendency
The portfolio includes both rounds the fund appears to have led and rounds it joined as one of several investors, for example Conlio, where F-LOG is listed alongside Piton Capital, Haufe Group Ventures, WaVe-X, System. One, Puzzle Ventures, Booom Ventures, Yellow, 2100 Ventures and Anamcara Capital, and Filics, where it joined an existing financing round. Lead tendency is recorded as both.
Recent Activity
In November 2026 the firm announced its investment in Conlio, an AI-powered financial operations and invoice verification platform for road freight forwarders, founded in Berlin by ex-Sennder VP Dr Claudio Consul. In 2026 the three FIEGE-backed vehicles were merged into one fund, one team and one brand under the F-LOG name. The announcement also cites several new and follow-on investments made while the team worked in stealth, and names Haladir (an AI decision layer for logistics operators) as a recent example. The team reports a first investment decision within two weeks.
Portfolio Highlights
The combined portfolio is described as more than thirty investments with several exits to strategic acquirers over more than five years. Companies shown on the portfolio page include Haladir, Complir, Conlio, Voltfang (battery storage), Fryte Mobility, Filics and AutoPallet Robotics (robotics), Pyck, Loopario, Asellerate, Easyship, Veecle, Resourcify, Retraced, Karla, sennder, spacefill, Clockwork, Forto, Magazino and Westphalia DataLab, among others.

Decision Process
The fund runs a thesis-led process with a dedicated team per field, expert validation with practitioners inside FIEGE's roughly EUR 2B logistics operation before capital moves, and a stated timeline of a first decision within two weeks. It is a team decision; no solo GP is indicated.
Founder Preferences
Founders with real operational depth in logistics, warehousing or energy, who own a workflow and the decision within it, rather than teams looking for a problem. Warm intros are not stated as required; the site has an open pitch form.
Value Add
The fund is backed by FIEGE, a family-owned European logistics group. FIEGE acts as a customer (pilots and reference revenue, from pre-MVP), a partner (warehouse capacity and operational flexibility) and a network (enterprise customers and co-investor introductions). Founder testimonials from Haladir, Asellerate and Loopario stress access to European logistics networks.
Geographic Focus
Based in Greven, Germany, with a strong European focus, especially Germany and the DACH region. Portfolio companies are mostly European, with some international reach such as Easyship.
