How we solve it: We deploy two types of AI agents: Recruiting Intelligence agents conduct structured screening interviews at scale -- evaluating responses, reducing interviewer bias, and building proprietary talent data that goes far beyond the resume. Turnover Intelligence agents conduct offboarding conversations that surface the true drivers of turnover, detect early patterns across leadership, role, and demographics, and flag signals within exit interviews that may warrant further review by HR or legal teams. Both agents ask the right questions, capture every answer, and turn natural conversations into usable data. And a human is always in the driver seat. Instead of scattered notes and fading memory, companies get consistent interviews, structured insights, and clear signals -- across the full employee lifecycle. The result is simple.
