Mori designs, manufactures, and installs building frames in mass timber. We work with developers and their design and engineering teams from early design through delivery. Our model-to-machine pipeline takes an architect's model and converts it into manufacturing-ready files and factory-cut panels, so what gets designed is what gets built. Mass timber frames go up faster, with smaller crews and less waste. Fewer trades on site, a shorter schedule, and a lighter structure that can reduce foundation cost. The savings show up in total project cost, not the material line item, which is why the comparison has to be made early. We do design assist and supply, and coordinate installation. Panels are fabricated at our supplier's facility.
