SusPhos develops phosphate recovery technology that upcycles phosphate-rich waste, particularly sewage sludge ash, into market-ready alternatives for fertilizers, cement applications, and fossil-sourced products. Its process aims to close the phosphate cycle without generating waste and reduce product carbon footprints. The company is developing a 40-kiloton-per-year recycling plant in the Netherlands, planned to be operational by 2027.
