Pairwise is an AI native infrastructure layer for company formation. We’re rethinking how founding teams are formed by replacing randomness with structured data and high signal matching. Instead of relying on static profiles, Pairwise uses AI led onboarding to understand how founders think, what they’ve built, how they make decisions, and what they are optimizing for. This allows us to capture both explicit and nuanced signals across intent, working style, ambition, and commitment. On top of this data layer, we build matching systems that surface a small set of highly aligned potential cofounders. The focus is not volume, but quality, pairing founders based on deep alignment rather than surface level similarities. Pairwise doesn’t make decisions for founders. It acts as an intelligence layer that improves how founders discover, evaluate, and choose who they build with.
