Investment Thesis
Inflexor Ventures is an India-focused technology venture capital firm that anchors its investment philosophy in what it calls "Science, Engineering & Technology (S.E.T)" - backing IP-led innovation that can create durable, defensible value. Inflexor frequently leads or co-leads rounds. It led Butterfly Learnings' Rs 65 crore Pre-Series B (August 2026), led Ayati Devices' Rs 15 crore Pre-Series A (August 2026), and co-led Revspot's $4.8M Series A alongside Info Edge Ventures (July 2026).

Inflexor has been active through 2026: it led the Ayati Devices pre-Series A round (medtech diagnostics) in August, led Butterfly Learnings' Pre-Series B (pediatric behavioral health) in August, and co-led Revspot's Series A (AI-powered B2B sales intelligence) in July. In parallel, the firm closed the first tranche of its third fund, securing Rs 400 crore in commitments from anchor LPs including the Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund, HDFC Asset Management Company, and HDFC AMC Select AIF Fund of Funds, against a Rs 1,250 crore target, and has commenced deployment from Fund III. This signals a fund actively deploying and raising simultaneously.
