EpiGaN developed gallium nitride (GaN) epitaxial wafer and engineered substrate solutions, including GaN-on-silicon and GaN-on-silicon-carbide materials. Its wafers support power switching, RF and mobile communications, 5G base-station amplifiers, automotive power, and sensor applications. Acquired by Soitec in 2019, it became Soitec Belgium in 2020.
